Consumer Online Registration

You may register your number with one or more of the following 3 Registers :

• No Voice Call (to opt out of receiving telemarketing calls)
• No Text Message (to opt out of receiving telemarketing text messages, such as SMS or MMS)
• No Fax Message (to opt out of receiving telemarketing fax messages or if your telephone number is not a fax number)

Registration will take about 5 minutes to complete.

Step 1: Please enter your telephone number and select an action in the drop down list.

Step 2: You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) through the following methods:

• SMS to your mobile phone - if your number begins with “8” or “9”.
• Call to your fixed line phone – if your number begins with “3” or “6”. The OTP will be read out to you.
• Fax to your machine - If you are registering a fax number, please tick the “This is a fax machine” checkbox. The OTP will be faxed to you.

Step 3: Please enter the OTP sent to you to proceed with your registration.
